«We have developed a system for the conservation of fish directly on board the boats. In practice – explains Luigi De Santis -, the fishermen chop down the fish just pulled on board and then store it in an unpowered freezer which, once arrived at the port, is not emptied but simply unloaded and transported everywhere, considering that it has a yield. thermal lasting 4 days. In other words, even in the absence of electricity, the freezer will keep the temperature inside it stable for a long period of time ».
Among the projects for the medical and scientific sector of which “Pluris” is particularly proud is the one, dating back to 5 years ago, for the remote stabilization of the temperatures of the healthcare units, a system currently in use, among the others, at the “Moscati” Hospital of Avellino.
